Advocate Arthur Marara is a corporate law attorney and one of Zimbabwe's most widely read voices on personal and professional development. He holds an LLB (Honours) and an LLM from the University of Zimbabwe, and was admitted by the High Court of Zimbabwe to practise as an Attorney, Notary Public and Conveyancer. He practised at Clairwood Chambers in Harare from 2012 before founding Arthur Marara Corporate Attorneys in January 2025, where his focus is corporate law, employment law, alternative dispute resolution and civil litigation.
Arthur is also a prolific author. He has written more than fifteen books, seven of which have been approved and recommended for use in Zimbabwean schools by the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, including his Shine Series of A-Level Divinity and History texts. Among his other titles are Personal Development Toolkit, No One is Coming: Time to Take Charge of Your Life and Toys for Adults. His "Point Blank" column reaches readers through Zimbabwe's national press, and he speaks regularly to companies, schools, churches and conferences on leadership, strategy and financial wellness.
On Dare Remachinda he is the man men bring their legal questions to — covering family law, contracts, business structures and protecting what you build — and a mentor to younger men finding their footing.
